FRAPS (http://www.fraps.com/) works great for recording gameplay video. You can then use a free program like VirtualDub (http://www.virtualdub.org/) to compress the video so the file size isn't so gigantic when you go to upload it. :D

BTW, the x264 codec (http://www.free-codecs.com/download/x264_video_codec.htm) works great if you'd like to compress the video with that. (Technically the codec is h.264 and x264 is an open source library used to encode video into the h.264 format :) )

Just hope my pc can handle the stress of recording my gameplay.

One thing I can recommend is that if you have more than one harddrive, trying recording the video to a different harddrive that doesn't have PSOBB installed on it. For example if PSOBB is installed on your C: drive and you have a second harddrive available (ie. D:, E:, F: etc.) then record the game footage to the second drive. It can make a HUGE difference if your pc struggles a little when recording gameplay video. If you don't have more than one harddrive, then no worries, just lower the Video Capture Settings to 30fps and possibly also set to record Half-size instead of Full-size :)

I also don't have a lot of ram (512mb); that would cut into the game performance if I do anything else on top of playing PSOBB

I'd say give it a try with the free version of FRAPS. If it doesn't work well, then no harm no foul and you aren't out anything. Also, you don't use a program like VirtualDub until after the gameplay video is already recorded so the only thing you'd have running besides PSOBB would be FRAPS. You could also shutdown any background programs that aren't needed while you record. If it seems a little choppy, try lowering the video settings in PSOBB and see if that helps.

If it does work ok, keep in mind the free version of FRAPS only lets you record up to 30 seconds of video and it places a watermark on the video as well.

Unfortunately, I won't have a way to participate in this since I have no place to play the game.
