whats with this?
i've heard these mags don't have photon blast, i've heard you can use a DC cell on a baby mag thats how you get 195 mind/pow is this true, and if you do this will you now be able to get PBs.
what can i do to stop this.

also is there any other way to make a 195 mind mag?

Well, system mags aren't that hard to create.

Get a normal MAG named MAG (lvls 5-9). Use the Mark III Cell (I believe your character has to be a certain level to use it). After that, you can go: Mark III--->Master System--->Genesis--->Saturn--->DC

After it's any system:
DIFLUIDS increase only Mind.
DIMATES increase only Power.
I believe ANTIDOTES increase only Dex. (Not certain...never tried)

And viola! 195 anything MAG http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

wait there's a cell process? as you can't use a cell with out the other.
for example.

Kit of Dreamcast +

Lv 101 MAG, Character Lv 100+,
MAG Lv req fluctuates depending on character Lv.

= DreamCast mag.

right?

According to this site and personal experience, you must have the mag of the previous system in chornological order to use the next cell.

So, you must have a Mark III mag to make a Master System Mag, which you must have to make a Genesis mag, etc.

1. Don't know what the heck a Mark I or II is...only Mark III.

2. You can always trade for a DC mag or something.

and 3., Remember that the above trick for only leveling one thing works for all forms of this mag, so you can raise the mag while you wait.
