From what I can tell, they have no apparent special ability.

If you've found one though... I'd hang onto it. They are very very hard to come by, and they might serve a purpose in the future.

Well, I used one for a while and I don't buy it. I have an Oran, Yellowboze, and Pinkal Card, but as far as I can tell they don't do anything special.
