Did I get FSOD?

Well when I was online I was playing MSB and my game just froze, my internet lagged at the same time but I just shut off the GC right away instead of seeing if it fixed, I loaded it back up and everything seems normal but that scared the living hell out of me... did I get FSOD? The TV was muted so I couldnt hear anything.

From what I remember, MSB is a homebrew quest for the server that you are playing on and it is a fairly unstable quest for GC.

If it isn't buzzing, then it's usually just some lag. Anytime you turn off the console without saving (Unless you're in the lobby) you will have the effects that an FSOD cause. Loss of all items that aren't equipped or banked.
