Sudden memory read errors?

So I recently updated to windows 7 64bit and all of a sudden I'm getting memory read errors within minutes of playing. Nothing else has changed about what I'm doing or my settings other than this, does anyone know what's going on?

EDIT: because I see it tossed out as a common fix: simple shaders didn't work. Game crashed instantly with them. And as I said before it worked fine previously.

Computer specs and whats your slider setting on options at?

my graphics slider is at the standards and I have an nvidia GTX 660 Ti but like I said, it worked fine until recently. But either way it seems to have stopped (for now at least, if anyone does know what caused this I'd still like to know in case it comes back) in part, I'm assuming, to the healing powers of iron man 3 because that's all I can assume that fixed it.
