I can not login the website, but I can login game? Please Help!

Yes, i have been trying to buy some AC and it wont let me login the website to do so... it keeps telling me I failed to authenticate. There is an error in the input content. But i know that all the information was correct! Please help me i really wanna buy some AC. I might have to make a new account :l.
