My school wifi blocks TCP Port 25188, which PSO2 uses.
I know that some online games support changing the port used, is PSO2 among them?

Disregard, I went full geek on this, configured an SSH tunnel and forced PSO2 to reroute its connections through a SOCKS5 proxy that went through that tunnel.
