So I finished the 7.9gb download and there was no setup.exe file afterward there was only PSO2_SETUP-2C and PSO2_SETUP-2d should I download the game again? Or is there a link to download the SETUP.Exe file? Helppp >.<

Looks like the downloader didn't finish downloading. Just start the downloader and hit resume.
