Need help I forgot security question

Ok I forgot my security question for sega id site. I was trying to buy ac points and i have everything else done from the address to site to buy the webmoney. I know my sega id and password but its the security question I do not remember as I had not taken that they would need it for buying points. What can I do?
and if noting can anyone help me figure out a way to get it?
