Unable to move ingame

I just got the game and I decided to get the Story Patch. After I installed it I am unable to move in game or use any of my keys. If anyone knows how to fix this help me out.

so from what i was told the old story patch files don't work yet. we have to wait for the release of the new patch. :)

allright thx :P I switched back to the Japanese version and its working fine :)
