Heart of Angel Question

I have a level 200 Illa Mag and according to the guide there should be no problem evolving this with a Heart of Angel. The option to use the mag cell does not show up, am I doing something wrong? My character level is 104. Please help the search function isnt working.

Well first the dumb question, is your mag equiped? If not it has to be. There may be a level requirment for your character but 100 should be fine to make it, maybe 110 at the most but I don't even think there is one. Have you tried it offline then reseting if it uses it but fizzles? Try that or try giving it to a freind whos a higher level and have them try to use it for you.

You shouldn't have any problems according to the information given there, just have a mag of lvl 100+ and use the mag cell. Don't know what else to say except to equip it if you did not.

I believe Angel Wings are not available to 'bots.

Indeed, Androids cannot equip or make the "Wings MAGs", I.E. Angel Wings and Devil Wings.
