I've searched and searched but still can't seem to find the answer.
When I press the game start? The game starts to load but, it says failed to download the latest version. Allow at least some time, please connect again, 12030: WinHTTP Error [No.103]

Please if anyone know a solution please tell.
Thank you in advance.

Hello,

I am having this same issue, and I have no idea why. This is happening during what I assume is the patching, where a window appears with "Checking" on the left, "Downloading" on the right, and 3 bars.

After a fresh install, it spends an unbelievable amount of time doing this, and then towards the end this message appears. When re-opened later, it fails out much quicker, but with the same exact error. At this point I'm not sure what to do...or if is even my end.

Tips appreciated!

Use this:

http://www.pso-world.com/forums/showthread.php?p=2987439#post2987439

Click "Check for PSO2 Updates" :3

Gave this a shot, first attempt I got some strange errors about not finding patch lists. Second attempt, I got some strange GameGuard FAQ my limited kanji knowledge did not allow me to easily interpret. Now I'm getting errors about the pso2.exe file being a version not compatible with a 64 bit os. Here is the error log, as your tweaker requested:

In the meantime, when my friend returns I will ask him to send me his version of the .exe in the hopes that this fixes the issue...ugh.

EDIT: Running the the normal launcher with my friend's .exe in there now gets a GameGuard Error Report to appear...this is getting silly.

EDIT2: I took my friend's GameGuard folder next, and now it's running! I have no idea why this worked...OH WELL! STUFF BE WORKING.
