I read somewhere that section IDs have an affect on weapon bonuses. I think it said that Redria have a 13% bonus to rifles (or was it shotguns?). Is this true?

The effect that ID has on weapons is the quantity you find them, not the % on them... I believe. o_O

You don't understand. i thought it said Rifles are 13% stronger, not that they have a +13% bonus.

ID's have no effect on weapon use. Only on weapon finding probablilities.

It just means that you have a higher chance to find weapons of a certain type with a particular ID.
