I was looking at the PSO W Screenshots when I saw this:

Now, I saw this once, but... what happened? I never saw a post about it... i'm always in General so....

It looks almost like a mid-teleport type thing. Maybe it's some nature-phenomenon, like St. Elmo's Fire?
