Changing gamepad controls for TPS mode

I have started using a PS3 controller in conjunction with MotionJoy to play PSO2. In normal mode, the controls are fine, but when I switch to TPS mode, the Square button remains the attack button, while R1 remains the attack pallate swap button.

Is there anyway to change the controls in TPS mode without changing the controls in normal mode?
