the weapon is called rappys fan and it is a slicer that does a fair amount of dmg but i wouldnt use it as my first weapon.

Trust me, use it as your anti-boss weapon.

My HUcast killed quite afew bosses with my Rappy Fan, such a lovely device. Rather easy to find and rather strong as well.

It makes a slicer that is pretty strong and has confusion as a special. Max grinder is 32. Use it to devistate: Any boss with multiple targets which is almost anything all the dragon type bosses, Griffon, all the swimmnig bosses.

It's a very nice weapon IMO but definatley not the best

I would say its nice for taking out bosses like everyone else said. But anything outside of fighting bosses is not worth using the Rappy's Fan against.
