What does your identity card do, example:skyly card?

Not that i have one, but may consider looking for one if its good.

It's one of the new card weapons.

The two basics are Talis and Mahu, then one for each ID. You can only find the color card with it's respective ID, but it doesn't help you find rares in anyway. Each card has their own strengths and weaknesses.
