so my pso2 luancher is not working whenever i start it up it gives me a black game screen and will not work i cant not exit and then when i hit ctrl, alt, del it gives me an error. can anyone help me please

Are you using any patches?
If i recall correctly it could be the cause of an out dated english patch/story patch being applied to a newer version of PSO2, and your ctrl + alt + delete is causing the game crash due to some weird Microsoft effects.
That being said, do you still hear audio, and have you used anything else?

Seems like more of a video driver problem to me since its a black screen, are you sure you downloaded the latest video drivers from nvidia/amd/intel, also computer specs?
