I've a little bit throughout the forum, about the usefulness of it. But My question is, are you suppose to obtain it through a disc? Cause, when I read other's people post they say "When you activate it" I can assume that people are referring to as a PA right?

Gunner active skill, from their skill tree. Put SP into the skill, put the skill on your palette, activate the skill, attack your target, drive up the combo, use a PA to Finish the combo and deal extra damage.
