PSO Desktop Theme...are there any?

I was wondering if there was any sort of PSO desktop theme that I could download and it would change the wallpaper, mouse cursors, icons, and just basically everything to PSO based. I haven't been able to find on yet, could someone help me out?

I once tried to make a Windows XP PSO theme... But when it took more than a couple of hours to complete, as with many things, I gave up on it. I'd still like to do that, though... The interesting thing is that all of the sound effects from PSO are readily available off of the original soundtrack CD.
