Rare episode 2 mag questions?

Well, Last night me and a few friends were playing and one of my friends set up all his mag stats so he would get a Rare mag (and he had it right by HUcast standards). But He got rid of his HUcast and was following his HUcast standards on his HUmar (diff. IDs)

When you pass off a mag do you go by the standards on that character???

If so could I get the stats on my HUnewearls mag to around 100 and give it to my Redria FOnewearl who would finish it, Would I get sato, Would it work?

it depends on the section id, what i did was raised a mag to 99 under the sato stat requirments then passed it to a force that could evolve it.

i did the same with my nidra.

Yes. Only the character feeding it from 99 to 100 matters. It doesn't matter who fed it up to that point.
