You can do three of those flips in a row. I'm assuming the third one is the 'bullet time' you speak of.

The bullet time flip happens when you flip thrice consecutively.

Now that you know how to do it, it's time to learn how never to do it. All it really does is slow you down and make you easier to hit.

Actually, if you noticed, you can cancel some of the dodge animation with a roll. So... Y'know ^^; Never EVER end your dodging movements with the slow-mo dodge.

If you need to do some extended evasion, do dodge > dodge > land > tap jump > dodge > dodge. The purpose of the land > tap jump portion is that it resets your dodging cycle, allowing you to do two more dodges instead of the bullet time dodge. You'll be vulnerable for a second during the land > tap jump but most attacks aren't fast enough to hit you during that time provided you dodge properly.

One enemy this works really well against is Chrome Dragon when it's doing its ground spikes.

I never could figure out why that third flip went all matrix, it just makes you an easy target, I tend to pretty much do the same as Natsu Nem does, its effective. And makes you look like a bad ass against Hunars sword swings from hell.

Try [Dodge > Dodge > Roll > repeat] or [Dodge > Roll > repeat]. That duration you have landing can be input into a roll, which CAN have invincibility frames if you put your skill trees correctly. You can actually move slightly faster than a person running if you do it right, and you cancel some of the standing duration if you dodge or jump out of a roll.

I just wish I could make it so that I could dodge forward with that damn bullet time crap. hate going in random ass directions when im trying to make myself go left or right.

Well, that's one way to go forward, but you also have to not be locked onto the target. That's pretty difficult to effectively do with lower-end computers.

However, I discourage actually doing it unless you know that you really need to (which is VERY rare with ER spammers).
