So I tried allmost everything...

1. I selected fullscreen on the launcher settings, saved the settings. Still window mode.

2. I tried editing user.pso2, adding true on fullscreen. Still on window mode.

3. I tried doing VirtualFullScreen on both the launcher settings and editing it into user.pso2 as true. Still nothing!

What's going!?

Still doesn't work.

It's like it doesn't even save the settings I did on the launcher :o

Will I ever be able to play in fullscreen, or VirtualFullScreen at least? Help me please ;(

It doesn't save any settings in the launcher (graphic levels too) or just the fullscreen option? Are you sure you're actually clicking on the right things in Japanese? I can't think of why else the program would refuse to save any changes.

I save my settings like this? Or is this the wrong way of doing?:

That should also work.. when you go back into the options, are the settings saved or the defaults? (Before you run the actual game of course).

The settings are changed, but when the game starts it's on the same resolution as default. And on window mode.

Is the information in the user.pso2 changing? Tried editing it manually?
I noticed there are two places where it mentions the resolution.

Maybe it is a permission thing related to the UAC(User account control) used in windows 7. I don't recommend turning it off for the average user, but you could try that(google). Moving the pso installation wouldn't help most likely, since it saves the settings somewhere else(for me it is saved in sega/pso2 in my documents).

It is indeed changing, but i'll try to turn on UAC to see if that's the problem.

yeah try running it in administrative mode... hmmm maybe turn off your antivirus for a while and try running the game, saving changes and so on
