Get rid of some Dimates whatever way you can and try again.

Clarification: The quest you're trying to turn in is trying to give you an item, but you're full on said item. In this case, I'm 99.999% sure it's Dimates.

Either your inventory is full or you've reached the maximum amount of an item you can carry (probably this one).

Also, edit your initial post rather than double, triple, or quadruple posting please.
