Don't really know how I can show a difference.
I don't take screenshots of other peoples characters to really poke fun at proprotionally, and if I do take pictures it's usually joke characters.

The difference should be quite noticeable. It doesn't need an explanation.

Yeah! I got the smaller pirate hat (バルバトスハット), but the purple exterior doesn't change color, so it looks pretty bad to me. The bigger pirate hat (ピラートハット) recolors a bit better, I think, but I'm not a fan of its size. I think that and the new male costume would look sexellent (new word) on Mr. Fresh. Get to it, swabbie!

Like everyone else in the game ever, I made a new character with the release of Episode 2. And since everyone's showing off their pirate gear, I might as well show you this guy now because he's a ninja(-style dancer archer.) meet E. Kohler, a guy whose first name is abbreviated for some reason.

Celise got a new smile, slightly larger eyes and breasts, a new hairstyle and is now all dressed up for a party. :3
Aeline received a modification to her optical units, had a bit of a diet, and changed her outfit as well. I'm finally happy with her new alternate look

just an fyi, if you have the UI enabled by defalt for screen shots press CTRL+Print Screen (or what ever your screen cap button is) to hid the UI. I wish I had enough to get those gloves and stockings, but dam their expensive.

Managed to get myself a recolor ticket and I'm knida torn between recoloring my cast chracter to match my Support Partner or recoloring the pirate costume to this color

That outfit can be hard to wear because of the open chest and the low saggy like pants. It's a very butch looking outfit. First thing I thought was racing/mechanic outfit. The right hair and accessories can make it look fabulous. I like the color you chose tho. It goes with your hair nicely ^^

I've been considering getting some webmoney for 1000 AC to fine-tune some looks:

Mainly fixing up the nose; I wanted a decently big nose but it's just too unwieldy for almost any glasses. Clipping everywhere. Annoys me to no end when it breaks accessories.

I had a Miku haircolor in real life years before Miku was even around. Electric Lizard mixed with Atomic Turquoise with an expensive conditioner after was the secret. The green looked like if green were a natural color so no cheap Cool Aid look.

Yeah that's understandable, certain colors appeal differently to different people, and then on top of that there's the fact some characters look better with certain colors.

I think you need a bit of contrast from the colors you already have. I want to point out that having your eye color be the same as your hair color kind of makes the overall look dull, but I missed the chance to meaningfully comment on that.

Anyway, you should probably contrast your hair color. I like the lavender, myself. Though I just said having a green eye and green hair was too much, having an outfit the same color as your other eye sort of turns that around. It gives sort of a ying-yang effect, centered at your eyes. And the combination of colors are both bright enough and contrast each other enough that they add interest to the character, while being dull enough to give off that "whatever" feel you described.

That's my opinion.

Yeah the closed eyes, with the bow, looks really cool. Like she's using sound or the wind or something to "see" her target. Or maybe she became self aware and realizes you can lock on to targets and closed her eyes because she'll always face the enemy if locked on.

After some thought i decided to go with the lavander (though it doesn't look it too well in this shot.)

The color scheme has always been a more dulled color scheme compared to Tingle's dark vibrant color scheme. So i kinda like how it turned out.

A while back, I wanted to buy some AC to fix Kalya's nose, but that got me thinking, "Do I really want to spend that amount for just a nose adjustment?" So I decided to put the idea on the back burner for a while.

Then, with these last couple of scratches there were significantly more outfits with exposed shoulders and upper arms, and I noticed that Kayla's arms are kinda thick and her shoulders a bit broad (a result of me originally designing her with the Thousand Rim and Undershirt Body Paint and not hiding the outfit when adjusting the sizes back when the original Character Creator came out), so she looks a rather awkward in the Swimsuits and the China Dress. So I'm considering buying the AC to make some changes since it is now more than just the nose.

I've done some readjusting of her arms and shoulders, which caused her torso to also be a bit thinner, and then I made her lower legs a bit longer to match the slimmer look.

So, I just want some feedback on the redesign before I go ahead and make the changes. One worry I have with the revision, though, is that sleeved outfits make her arms look a bit thin.

I would, quite honestly, just readjust the arms to make them slightly thinner. 'slightly' being the keyword here. The rest of the body is fine, if you ask me. The nose, I like the revised version more.

In PSO2, clothes make a lot differences.
sleeved outfits do make arms looks thinner.
Which dress like qipao makes the opposite.

I like the original , but I'll make her arms thinner.

lets take a closer look.

the torso looks thinner after adjust; but to be accurate, the shoulder.

cause we cant actually modify broadness of shoulder, there's some options to fix that.
1. be taller, makes her look normal
2. thinner arms

shoulder width (of female characters) should be like 1.5 head height as I known.
waist should be like 1 head height, but most characters are thinner.

yellow square is the hip line, which should be the same as the shoulder(X) width or even more;
* edited, not the width of shoulder, should be width between shoulder joints
the green square is (assumed) head height.
original (BEFORE) shoulder is like 1.7~1.8 head height, from the left green square to the purple line on the right.
After adjusting, it's like 1.6 head height, making her looks "slim" .
the red square is the chest, just assuming; if you want to check it, please view character from the back, it's much clearer.

Normally, if you do adjust her shoulder to 1.4~1.6 head height, it will look (a bit) weird from the back.
And that's another problem only SEGA can fix.

Rev. 2 definitely looks the best! I don't see any flaws or anything with her new design.

Speaking of revisions, I decided to adjust my Dewman's (Leone) appearance a bit. She's still probably cliche looking, but... Eh, I guess I like cliche.

Why doesn't she have horns? Well... [SPOILER]Leone's not really a Dewman. She's actually a human with cybernetic implants. Why does she have them? I think the scar on her left eye tells the whole story.

In other words, I didn't like the look of the horns and made up some story so I wouldn't have to put them on her. Bleh.

Olaf playing his second character? It truly is the end times. You know who she reminds me of? If any of you remember the Superman cartoon from the 90s, she reminds me of Livewire. Right down to the crazy smile.

Never heard of her. But, I Googled her, and yes, sorta does. The spiky hair is nice. But, I have the wind to thank for that in that picture.

Thanks ^^; Turns out that the second esthe shop usage doesn't have the one-hour testing, that kinda sucks since I wanted to adjust to adjust then look at it outside of the shop. Still looks a whole lot better, especially on some of my other costumes. I'll have to post the Alph Lyra in a bit.

If you really want to bring out the eyes, maybe changing/removing the glasses would help?

It is hard enough to position for a slight glow in the eyes in areas because of the monsters. Some would pop up and keep creeping up on me and hitting me on my butt. I will admit that I went on a bit of a rampage when they did it more than 3 times. Poor cave dwellers.
