Help me get the game to start.

This message comes up every time i try to start it:

Then when i click the button this message pops up:

If I try to the start the game with the pso2 tweaker, the game starts but then goes to a black screen after the intro videos.

Please help

Hello,
I have the same problem, but this solution doesn`t work for me,
maybe I miss something, I beg for help.
How my case looks:
I download the game from the offical site, (12 July 2013).
after complete instalation, during lunching the luncher, I got that pso2updater.exe error then patching bar stuck ar 5%
I was using Tweaker 2.5.1.4 & 2.5.1.5 but after "work done" nothing changed

so, for now I`m trying fix this on my own and the most important I`m waiting for Your adivce :)
but I can`t wait forever :D
