So I downloaded PSO2 earlier today only to find out I really don't know how to get it to work and I was wondering if any of you guys knew how to resolve this problem.

After it was finished downloading a little box appeared with ?'s, and there was a "yes" and "no" option, clicking both had the same effects.

This is what I got when I clicked on either yes, or no

I check my installation directory and there was just .bin files and a Setup.exe. I did notice there was a missing .bin file, the very first one and I downloaded on off a another PSO2 Site.

If I ran the setup a dialogue box pops up with an "Ok" option, pressing "Ok" did absolutely nothing.

I downloaded an English Translation Launcher which came with an Updater, and also the most recent Patch files

When I ran the Launcher this is what popped up, same with the Updater. But I have not done anything with the Patch Executable.

Some info that might help, I am running Windows XP x64 SP2, with the SP3 Trick.
I am also unwilling to re-install PSO2 due to VERY slow internet and the fear of running into the same problem after wasting my time re-downloading it. I've also turned my firewall off, no effect.
