PSO2 crashes after the opening

[Inversion]

So... PSO2 gives me an error message in Japanese after the opening and shuts down the game afterwards. I have applied the English patch, English story patch and the larger files patch thing via the PSO2 Tweaker and when I try to launch the game through the Tweaker this happens.

Any suggestions? Is the error message supposed to even be in Japanese after patching the game?
