I restarted a character and planning to level him and spam Plains Overlord to hunt for it. Does anyone know the spawn pattern and map layout to get it?

To my knowledge, MKB is a bit*h to find on PSP2.

On Infinity, it's really easy! Gurhal Heroes, and you go Beach Route, and the Sharks drop them!
