Can't login

I can't seem to login to my account and i can't read what it says :( , these are what pops up as soon as i login

The first pic, the notice only comes on for a second then it pops the second notice.

Looks like you just can't connect to the server. Check your information again and retry it.

I've tried that and disabled firewalls and anti viruses but it still doesn't work :/

I believe PSO2 is on maint for a few more hours. So you won't be able to try till after. Unless you tried like 5 hours ago. If so what error number are you getting?
