I start up VH mode in the Forest. I get to Forest 2 and turn lv 70, I kill a Gigobooma and he drops a gigobooma's arm. I then go to the next room where a booma drops a booma's arm, I also find a hp material and defense material(nice). I then walk into the NEXT room finding a Al Rappy which drops a Branch of Paku Paku, and I also find a power material, and another defense material. the best i ever found in a short time was umm..
vhard forst with my lvl 47 hucasteal. i telepie to town and come back. once i kill the hildebear, he gives me his head. then i open thos four boxes and i find a pow mate. i go and fight the dragon(i was doen vhard forest in hopes if finding a yasha from dragon) he drops a yasha. i was quite happy. then i open all thos boxes and find two hp mats and one def mat. it was kinda cool.

well what he gave me was a yamato not a yasha. my mistake

Just did another run today where i fought a hildeblue and got its head along with finding a varista and rappy wing.
