Hi,

i have read that some ID's can obtain specials form a bullclaw. Well I never seen a bullclaw drop anything, but...

does the bullclaw drops items OR does the Bulk (when the claws are of) can drop items?

Please explain...

It's the bulclaw.

Example for viridia

Bulclaw
N: Crush Bullet
H: Crush Bullet
VH: DB’s Shield
U: Sacred Cloth

Out of curiousity, do you have to kill the Bulclaw before it turns into a Bulk to get the special item or does it not matter?

It has to be the Bulkclaw. The split form of it are 2 different enemies. Just like Pan-arms is one enemy with it's own drop set. Then if it splits, it is Meguim and Hidoom. They each have their own drop set also. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

You have to kill it while its a Buclaw. Bulk won't drop anything. If your hunting for the rare then kill it right away from a distance with mechguns. If you just want more exp, let it split and kill the bulk and four claws.
