How do you get mag cells ive been lookin all over for one and my local pso friends have no idea so could some 1 please help me!

So far, you've only been able to find them from special holiday rappies online.

Mag Cells are overrated. They are so common online that the normal non-rare evolutions are actually rarer to see.
