RA Power and PP Save Bullets

PP Save Bullet and Power bullet, are they worth it?
I mean whats the modifiers and if they justify the not having something like standing snipe maxed (we get some r attack up instead).

Someone tried these out?

The former reduces PP costs by 10 at max level and the latter raises R-ATK by 100.

They're good, but not worth wasting points on all of the pre-requisite skills, IMO.

Actually PP cost down lowers pp costs to 80% at max
