The entire setup says you can use a Debit Card... until you get the part where you have to tick what kind of card you're using. You have a choice of "Mastercard" or "Visa". Uh, the hell? Furthermore, underneath that, it asks for a number which only Debit Cards have! And yet if you don't tick Mastercard or Visa, you get an error stating you need to tick one. If you DO tick one, you get an error stating invalid card number (the amount of characters are different). OK, so what now? I'm guessing European players are just starting to sign up for an HL right now.. it's been about a month, after all. Would have signed up last night, but servers were down http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_razz.gif

SO WHAT DO WE DO!

I renewed testerday, just as the servers went down, and you have a choice of
Mastercard, Visa, Switch and Solo.
you have to out your card details in Each time you wish to renew your HL.

eh?? somethings amiss, your getting the expiry date, as required for switch and solo, bit not the rest.
thats a simalar page to the one i get, the only difference is i get a https://www.playsega.com/site/public/psogc/graphics/logo_solo.png and a https://www.playsega.com/site/public/psogc/graphics/logo_switch.png as well as the mastercard and visa logos.

this is all i can think of
Have you ticked the UK box?
have you got an address within the UK, The channel Islands, or The isle of Man?

otherwise its a job for sega, try calling Sega during normal office hours on 08456 090 090

Have checked the address and everything, yup, still no Switch or Solo option.. Guess I'll give Sega a call then.
