Character Names are just Player ID Numbers

This is a weird one. I recently got back into PSO2 after a year, and I have two characters: Vsin and Aldracity.

Vsin is my year-old character, created right after release. Whenever I play him, all character names show up as Player ID Numbers over everyone's heads.

Aldracity, meanwhile, is a PSV character I created a few days ago. All names show up as their actual names when I play Aldracity.

This is consistent on both PC and PSV, and there appear to be no menu settings to change Vsin's display. Can someone please help me out here?

Go to the quick menu (select button on the PSVita) and press the option which starts キャラクター. This is the option to change what displays over player's heads.
