Quick Question About Symbol Art

I finally figured out where to go to use the symbol art, but when I go to save one from my history, the option is not there. My friend tells me that there is a save option, but I only get two; display and delete. Also when I try to make one myself, I click on a one of the boxes, yet I get no options. I was wondering how or why I can't use this. My friend tried to go on an account of his friends, who was having the same problem as me, but it worked for him. But as soon as his friend gets back on, it doesn't work for his friend.

Access symbol arts from the start/esc menu, not the lower right chat panel. This is why your save/edit options seem to be missing.
