Not able to create character

I just installed PSO2 and using the english patch and large story file with PSO Tweaker.

After I log into ship 2, and click create new character, it does nothing after that.

Not sure what to do.

Sometimes the story patch breaks things. That could be the problem.
Try uninstalling it and running it with no English patches.

How do I uninstall it?

Sorry, I meant reinstall the game.

Or run a file check which is the third button under the big button on the launcher.

It will patch and download the patched files allowing for a clean slate.
