Tweaker ERROR 509 bandwidth

I have the same problem, game was working fine for me last night.

Seems to be a problem with the tweaker. Running the game using the regular client works for me.

captain aida, why my english patch didn't work ? i updated the english patch from pso2 tweaker, the status english patch is 2013_07_31, but while i opened the launcher all it showed is japan language, in agreement and in the character selection, what happened with the english patch ? please hepl me captain, i'm afraid story patch and the large files are not working anymore, please help, thank you before captain
