195 Mind, 5 defense help

help me i want a MAG that has 195 mind but i dont know an item that ONLY increases mind...anyone know?

well i know to make a mag with that much mind you need to turn your mag into a mark3 mag then feed it difluids all the way to 200

Mark 3 MAGs can only be made from a MAG CELL. These are only attainable online though (yet another way to suffer ST's cruelty to offline people....grrrrr!!!!).

Edit: Does anyone have a pic of MARK3? I would really like to see one.
