How To Unlock all of the Time Attack Client Orders?

So basically what the title says. I'm don't have all of the client orders from Klotho.. And I'm not sure how to get them. Is there a tutorial anywhere that I can figure out what to do in order to get them?

If it helps, I have the following.
Lets See Your Strength I (Naberius)
LSYS II (Naberius)
LSYS III (Lillipa)
LSYS IV (Lillipa)
Let's See Your Determination I (Naberius VH)
LSYD (Lillipa VH)

Did you unlock all of the free fields?
I think that FC + Vulcano gives Amduscia TA, Ruins + Forest gives Nab II and Sanctum unlocks The sanctum TA together with all difficulties

Just unlock all your areas.

You also have to be a certain level for the VH ones.
