Files not downloading?

Whenever I'm patching the files and I get the error 103 and restart it, it doesn't seem as if it's continuing. It always starts at the amount of files it was at when I started patching for the first time. I left my computer to patch overnight and when I woke up in the morning it had finished downloading over 5000 files. Then it had the error 103. I restarted it and it started at 11,000 files when it should have started at about 5,500 files.

I downloaded that and it seems to have messed up the official patcher and I'm now getting error 105. And I already had downloaded about 5 gigs of files :/

you could give us a description of the error also files not downloading makes no sense just run the set up again
