invisable/non rendering characters

when ever i push the simple draw distance above 1 none of the characters load at all. and i play in full screen (non-virtual). and my gpu should have the latest drivers (i think unless someone knows if there is a new driver for the AMD radeon HD 6480G laptop gpu)

Because that gpu is integrated instead of standalone which can't do much performance rendering like as a standalone can do so yeah it has a issue rendering higher graphic quality levels so it has to be at low settings to even render the graphics.
