Black Screen and Crash on Startup

UPDATE: FIXED

File-checked just now and PSO2 is running again.

What the hell is going on.

PSO2 gives black screens and then quits out when I try to start it. No error messages, the mouse freezes, I get the idling Windows cursor, and then dumped out to the desktop.

Just updated.
Tried using the English patch. No go. (Others report no issues)
File checked.
Not using any English patches.
No go.

Not using the tweaker.
Not launching through Steam.
Been running as admin for nigh on four months.

The hell is going on.

I cant connect via VITA for some reason i restarted my psp vita and so forth it wont connect online nor update but i can access to psn shop

I fixed mine by doing a complete re-install of the game. X_X

What do you mean by File_Checked?, I'm getting this error when its the cutscene where they meet the red hair guy in Chapter 0.
