Problem with Tweaker

I try to launch PSO2 via Tweaker and it tells me to copy and paste this URL so that a problem can be fixed:

It looks like I can get PSO2 to launch now (I guess I selected the wrong folder before?) but the English patches don't seem to work

edit: Nevermind, I got it working. I was still using the wrong directory
