D2 Matterboard 5 results in black screen upon cutscene investigation

Title, I just got there this patch and I can't access it without black screening.
Music seems to play in background, Story patch is installed, can still see chat, but can't get past this cutscene.

Are you using the story patch that was released today (dated august 8) or the previous one (july 17)?
If you are using the july 17 patch, get the new one, since the last update broke the july 17 story patch.
