does this mean some proper cheatings gonna happen on the GC?

Indeed there will be cheating on the GC. There already is. However, cheating on PSO will take a little longer.

whoa, wait a minute ... does this apply to PSO save games as well?

just takes one guy to release codes and the GC version is gonna be just like the Dreamcast version before it
