JP PSO2 ITEM PROBLEMS

Okay so here is my problem. I have the the english patch for pso2 but all the items names are still in japanese. all i know is that it is a rod with a pink handle and 3 yellow spikes on the top. I cant equip it even though i have a lvl 21 force and exceed the stat requirements. Can anybody help me??

Sounds like a wand, and those are only equippable on Techers.
