They can't come out untill there's another server maintinence. So next time the servers drop for a few minute or hours, depending on how long it takes them to patch the rappys in and do what ever else they do, thats when the rappys will come. http://www.pso-world.com/psoworld/images/phpbb/icons/smiles/icon_smile.gif

When you make an Episode I team and you see a couple of huge crystal eggs in the area right next to the bank, then it's time to start.

lol Why do they put the hint in Episode I if the rappies are in Episode II? I find that amusing I guess.

Just a carry-over from DC v2. Odds are that the music in the lobbies will change as well.
