Cant use my sega id to log into game

When ever i use it to log into the game it says a 2 lined thing then takes me bak to the login screen, i dont know if its because when i registered it took me to the download page instead of the pso2 registration or something else. Could someoen plz help

When you register an account for use as a SEGA ID you're given a list of their services you want to activate the ID under. You have, more than likely missed this step somewhere when registering.

Either try to navigate your way around to find the services page or create a new ID and accepting PSO2 as a service.

Is it after the captcha cause when i do that it just tells me to brings me to the dowload page and i looks through it carefully i never gives me a list

It looks like you'll need to navigate around the site to find the list of services, I can't find a guide that isn't for the closed beta.

figured it out, they removed the thing where you have to connect it to your account, also it lowers ur sega id to lowercase just the username tho
